The incidence of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is increasing day by worldwide, which results in a poor quality life. Early diagnosis and treatment AD necessary to suppress the progression disease. Conventional treatments have several limitations due protective blood-brain barrier. In this review, we described nanoparticle-based approach crossing barrier for detection treatment. Nanoparticles encapsulate anti-AD drug are directed target tissues where controlled release takes place. There various types nanoparticles that used drugs, including solid-based nanoparticles, liposomes, nanoemulsions, iron NPs, cerium selenium gold NPs. use different as nanomedicine. also coated with proteins antibodies efficient drugs.
